The staff are always polite and respectful, the GP i primarily deal with always seems to have enough time for his patients, his approach has always been very inclusive and approachable.
As with all surgeries it can be difficult to secure a same day appointment, but they have always managed, and there are always slots which can be booked on line if same day is not needed.

Agree with previous reviewers that there is one doctor who is not as emphatic as the others and I avoid seeing this one. The others are great as is Nurse Margaret. Great to have the late Wednesday appointments for workers. Frustrating to have to take time off work for blood tests. There must be some way a workers blood test clinic could be sorted. Keep up the good work. Thank you

i have been at this surgery for a very long time as are my two daughters and their families. We are lucky to have four lovely doctors who always have time for their patients they greet you with a smile and i have never left the surgery feeling dissatisfied with their decision. I have always managed to get an appointment, the receptionists are well mannered and polite as are the nurses. On my part i cannot give any criticism as i am well satisfied with the care i am given.

Certain doctors are fantastic, involved me in my care plan and kept me informed of what was going on. One doctor in particular makes me feel like I'm wasting his time every single time I go, family members have been made to feel like they are being belittled when they take their children, he has no empathy or genuine concern.

Personally I have never experienced a problem arranging an appointment with the doctor of my choice. The surgery staff are always pleasant and eager to help. I have only one thing to suggest that I believe could be improved, and that is that reception staff are fully trained before they are allowed to "go solo" on the desk.
